Optional information — anything you choose to share during lessons (for example, in the context of devotional or conversation practice).

2.2. Payment information. When you purchase a membership, your payment is processed by our third-party payment providers through the Wix platform (for example, Wix Payments and/or its payment partners). We do not store your full card number. We may receive limited billing information such as your name, the last digits of your card, transaction amounts, and payment status.

2.3. Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers may collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar) through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 9.

2.4. Information from third parties. We may receive information from the platforms we use to deliver the Services, such as our booking system, video providers (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet), and payment processors.

provide, schedule, and deliver your classes and the Purposeful Spanish program;

The Services may be used by Students under 18 only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must hold the account. We collect a minor's personal information only as needed to provide the Services and with parental/guardian consent. Instructors — the teacher(s) delivering your classes, so they can prepare and teach.
Service providers — platforms that help us operate, including Wix (website, bookings, payments), payment processors, and video providers (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). They may process your data only on our instructions.
Legal and safety — authorities or advisors where required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent harm.
